Beontop company has been producing instrument voltage transformers (VT) for eight years. Currently, about 10 thousand transformers of our production are in operation. From time to time, we receive messages about the failure of the VT.

Up to 65% of failure cases occur at solar power plants (SPP), despite the fact that the percentage of VTs operated at SPP does not exceed 5-10% of the total.

To improve the process of pouring the epoxy compound, we purchased a specially designed machine that mixes the components, vacuum and dispenses the finished mixture. This allowed us to reduce the subjective factor when performing these processes, to increase the productivity of employees and to improve the quality of finished products.
